Driver lied about delivering
After waiting all day for a parcel already a day late . The driver walked up to my gate took a photo of it and walked off.
He had no intention of delivering the parcel let alone walk the extra meter to my door . He didnt make any attempt to deliver and then had to cheek to lie and say no one was in. This parcel was a boiler part for an emergency breakdown I had paid extra for next day and have had nothing but hassle.
I couldnt recommend a worse company. Thank you Daniel (the laziest delivery driver) for leaving me with annoyed customers with no heating because you couldnt walk an extra meter .and thank you dpd for your terrible customer service .making it inputs even talk to a human

i ordered a next day delivery parcel to be delivered 30th Dec, i waited in all day, the driver took a photo of my property from the other side with NO doors on the whole block, anyone with a brain cell would think oh theres no doors lets go round the other side.
so i go t told it would be delivered 2nd Jan and the 1st is a bank holiday, fair enough, i rung customer service (strange name seeing as they don't do customer service) and they updated the system with my mobile number and confirmed yes it will be deleivered today sunday 2nd.
an hour later i get an email and a text ( system must have updated as they have my mobile number now) saying it won't be deleivered until tuesday 4th.,........
rung customer service to be told oh no we donl;y deliver special parcels on sundays???????
so why send an email out and tell me on the phone it will be deleivered on sunday only to be told it won't be deleivered until tuesday?do

I have been trying to get in contact with DPD for over a week now regarding two refunds that myself and my son paid for a service to get a parcel delivered on a named day but unfortunately never received the service, I have tried all channels of contact to speak to someone and just keep getting told the same answer cant do anything about it? I have screenshotted proof of the payments taken from our bank accounts, but apparently they still haven't received any, absolutely shocking service from day one just for my son trying to get a parcel delivered that was for a gift but unfortunately never received so had to reorder again which was days or should I say week later. Not only that, but I just can't see why is it so difficult that you can't even call them and speak to them on telephone it's all WhatsApp/App/Chat/Email but no off them get any answers
